I offer online trauma-informed counselling and confidence coaching for teens and adults experiencing performance anxiety, social anxiety, and confidence or self-expression challenges. While I’m based in Melbourne, all sessions are delivered securely online, supporting clients across Australia.
If anxiety shows up as freezing, blanking out, or holding you back when it matters most, I work with you to reduce those responses and build confidence that feels embodied and real.

My Therapeutic Approach
I offer trauma-informed online counselling and coaching, grounded in contemporary psychology and neuroscience.
Sessions may include:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to reduce anxiety and increase psychological flexibility
EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to support nervous-system regulation and emotional processing
Mindfulness and body-based techniques to improve emotional regulation and present-moment awareness
Rather than forcing confidence, therapy focuses on helping your nervous system feel safe, allowing confidence and self-expression to develop naturally.

About Cindy
I’m Cindy Melksham, a PACFA-registered counsellor, with a Master of Counselling and a background in psychology, group facilitation, and wellbeing work across community and education settings.
Based in Melbourne, I provide online counselling and coaching across Australia. My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience. Growing up with a lifelong stutter gave me deep insight into performance anxiety, fear of judgement, and self-expression challenges. This shapes my warm, body-aware approach and my commitment to helping people feel safe enough to show up fully.
